Introducing Sharon Gill, Arts Consultant

My working life has been focused on enabling and facilitating in the voluntary sector, community and the arts. This has provided the luxury of job satisfaction.
The need for a flexible approach to working has influenced my approach to management too, supporting people to get on and do the job they are employed to do creatively, but also to be enjoyable and strike the right balance with your home life.
Having been self employed, I have learnt to be time efficient, and not to make up unnecessary work for myself or for others.
I am passionate about what I do and believe that engagement, participation and experiencing the arts in all its wonderful forms really does improve the world, from the individual’s well-being to the state of a nation.
